I have mentioned the Beachbody coaching structure and how you can climb the ranks to higher levels (where you can make more money). But today I am going to give some details about how to reach Diamond Coach Beachbody style.
If you want to become a Diamond Coach, you must be willing to put in the work to build your team. Starting at the Coach level, you need to have eight people sign up with you as a mentor, and two of those coaches must be Emerald level or higher.
You also need to achieve at least 100 personal volume (PV) a month. Personal volume is what you sell or order (your team’s efforts do not count towards your PV).
If you are at the point where you can achieve this gem of status, people will know that you take fitness seriously and are committed to building your team. That kind of dedication can go a long way to getting people to work with you.
Remember, to reach this higher coach status, Beachbody requires you to be a mentor to at least eight people. But two of those coaches are Emerald who each have two coaches who they mentor. Simply put, you must be a mentor to a dozen people to reach Diamond level. You’re building your team as you help more and more people start their fitness journeys.
If you choose to do Beachbody and stay on your own, that is perfectly fine. It’s all about each person’s journey to weight loss and better health. However, you may also want to be a part of something bigger, with a support group who helps each other. Building your way to Diamond indicates that you want to work with a group.
There are several levels of Diamond Coach. Beachbody has a program of “Star Ranks” that is determined by how many people you mentor. To reach One Star, for example, you must have one other Diamond Coach under you, as well as a minimum of 10 Active Coaches (any other Diamond, Emerald, or Ruby coaches count towards this number of ten).
The program technically goes up to “15 Star Diamond,” and this means that 15 of the people that you mentor, have achieved Diamond status themselves. That’s some impressive work, right there.
Seriously, nobody goes into Beachbody to get rich quick. It takes a keen focus to achieve Emerald, much less any level of Diamond. So, you can take those websites that say you can make six figures as a Beachbody Coach with a huge grain of salt.
Of course, it is possible to achieve those levels (and people have), but they are not the norm. You earn money from your team, including customer leads and team bonuses, plus earning 10% on what your Emerald coaches make in team bonuses as well.
The money can certainly add up, but I can’t stress enough – you must be motivated, and you should be somebody who people will want to work with on a team. If you are a go-getter who firmly believes in helping people get healthy, you can aim for Diamond Coach; Beachbody has made it possible to get there.
