So I’ve been eating keto since February but I really limit my veggies to keep my macros in check. I’m drinking shakeology too daily.
I’d really like to know more about your way of thinking especially now that I’ll be starting 80DO. I’m not sure how I’m gpung to do the timed nutrition when I IF for about 14 hours.
Thank you for this!! I totally agree, and am worried to see what all those following the Keto diet will look like in 10, 20 years – not their outsides, but their insides! Their hearts and arteries. Thanks for bringing some practical sense to all this madness.
YASSSS! I’m so concerned for the increase in arteriosclerosis and for fat getting an even worse name because of the poorly sourced, nitrate/nitrite ridden meats people are stuffing in their faces! Not to mention the lack of antioxidants like you mentioned! This needs to stop.
Very interesting I was about to start keto but glad I found this. Can you expand any more about what is in the MADE diet? Contemplating snagging it
