Have you seen on any of your social media platform a post or video asking you to become a fitness challenge group? Maybe you just glanced at it and didn’t have the time to investigate further. There are several good reasons a fitness challenge group would be great to join. Before I share you some awesome reasons why, let’s answer the question, “What is a Challenge Group?”🤔

What is a Challenge Group?

The #1 secret to success with any fitness and nutrition program is staying accountable to your health and fitness goals — and that’s exactly what Challenge Groups help you do. Challenge Groups are led by Team Beachbody Coaches and comprise people just like you who have all committed to getting healthy and fit.

OR, to put it more simply, a challenge group is a private online group that provides support and accountability towards your health and fitness goals. Each member receives individual attention from a coach, daily encouragement, accountability, a place to communicate struggles and victories, and a sense of community!

Specific Reasons to Join a Challenge Group

  • Takes the guesswork out of it all for you.  Now you are in a group with several fitness enthusiasts with a professional coach.  All your questions answered

My name is Melissa McAllister. I just turned 44! I have a son and daughter and my husband and I are new empty nesters! My husband is the reason I eat, drink, and sleep health and fitness.
