How to Join a Beachbody Challenge Group

There are several ways to join a Beachbody Challenge Group. The most important step is to find a Team Beachbody Coach. A Coach is a customer just like you who got great results with a Beachbody program and wants to help others.

Do you have a coach, not sure? If you’re a Beachbody On Demand member, visit the “My Account” page on TeamBeachbody.com and use your Beachbody On Demand login to find out who your Coach is.

Finding a Beachbody Challenge Group

The easiest way is to message me here on my blog, or website.

I can help you find the right Challenge Group and help you get into one that best fits your goals.

Message the person who posted about Shakeology, a Beachbody program, or a Challenge Group.

If you know someone who has posted about Shakeology, a Beachbody program, or a Challenge Group, reach out to them! They may be a Team Beachbody Coach or, if not, they might know someone who is.

Even if you haven’t spoken to them in years, or they’re someone you don’t know but have been following on Instagram, Facebook or through other media platforms you use daily, they’ll gladly guide you to a Challenge Group that’s right for you.

Do a search in one of your social media platforms and search for “Beachbody challenge groups”.  

Remember these groups are private but you can reach out and talk to the coach that is running the group by sending them a message.
