One of the great things about Beachbody Fitness Programs is being able to complete various programs and create a hybrid fitness workout. Welcome to one of these hybrid programs, “80 Day Obsession Hybrid Calendar”.
A hybrid fitness program is where a coach, or fitness enthusiasts such as yourself, combine two or more Beachbody fitness programs and create a calendar schedule. Combine 2 or more Fitness Programs allows you to get the max benefits of the combined programs.
There are several Hybrid versions for 80 Day Obsession. I am posting a few for you to review and use if you decide. Also here is a great resource I found that has several various fitness hybrid calendars created by various Beachbody coaches and trainers.
