Can You Really Get Fit in 30 Minutes?

Hey guys! I just finished my 30 minute workout and while I was doing the workout, I was thinking that there are people out there asking the question, “Can you really get fit in 30 minutes or less?”.

Melissa McAllister

My initial response is YES, you can! But also, it really depends on your goals!

AND YOUR NUTRITION!

Marathon Training or Fitness Competition?

If you're training for a marathon or a fitness competition. The 30 minute workout is not going to get you there. Now, I think a 30 minute workout could serve as a great cross-training workout or supplement your running or fitness competition training.

Nutrition

I should also point out that whatever kind of workout you’re doing, you have to give some attention to your nutrition. You can't just work out for 30 minutes and then eat whatever you want. As a matter of fact, you can’t even workout for 2 hours and eat whatever you want (well maybe some people can). I mean, we all know those people who seem to eat whatever they want and still look amazing.

God bless them. 🙄

Nutrition is 80% of what you look like. 80% of the weight you lose and the muscle you build. Again, how you appear on the outside, it's going to depend on how you are eating. I am a woman who loves to eat. I jokingly say, I workout, so I can eat whatever I want!

Unfortunately, that's not how it works.

The Made Diet is perfect for you nutritional needs and weight loss no matter what your workout routines are.

So again, Is a 30 minute workout is going to help you lose that 20 pounds if you're not changing anything about your nutrition? No, probably not. Unless you literally were just sitting on the couch for 24 hours a day, then a 30 minute workout would probably help you lose that weight.

Here is where I really stand on the question: Can You Really Get Fit in 30 Minutes or less?

Melissa McAllister

If your nutrition is on point, yes.

I’m busy and I love working with my Team Made Members. Sometimes 30 minutes is all I've got and sometimes not even that! So I’ve learned that those 30 minutes are better than no minutes.

If you're interested in any of these 30-minute or less workouts or really want to focus on your nutrition as well, let me know.
