So when somebody starts to work with me, I like to find out what their fitness goals are, what their current fitness level is, and then help them find a program to work with. Here's a glimpse of what Beachbody on Demand is like.

Called the "Netflix of workouts" is? It's a virtual library with hundreds of workouts, nutrition guides, calendars, and a cooking show! If you were to buy each program separately, you'd spend $8,000!

You will get unlimited streaming of EVERY program for an entire year + plus all the new releases that occur within that 12 month period (a new program is typically added each quarter)! Whether you like cardio, strength training, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, dance, or Tai Chi, we have something for you!

THE PRIVATE GROUPS:

I run monthly accountability groups either in a Facebook Group or on a tracker app from Beachbody. The app allows you to log your workout and superfood shake each day, upload your progress photos, and track your measurements. So everything is done in one place and I can help keep you accountable.

My groups are about education as much as they are about accountability, so you'll find nuggets I've learned to help you be successful. You'll see daily posts from me, along with support from other people working on their health and fitness.

Once you get your business started - you can start to run your own groups - and do things your way!

Nutrition:

Now if you know anything about me, you'll know I've actually written a couple of books on Intermittent Fasting, and eating a higher fat diet. So when you work with me, I'll teach you what I learned and why I eat the way I eat.

Now don't worry if you don't want to eat the way I do, I support the use of the container system too, I've just found for myself, and those I've helped that eating the MADE way has been a game changer.

I am a Nutrition nerd, so I will educate you and make sure you have information to educate your audience too.
