What is PiYo?

PiYo combines the best of Pilates and the best of yoga (with some low-impact cardio mixed in) to give you a dynamic workout without the wear and tear on your joints. Chalene Johnson created this program to help build strength and flexibility while scorching those calories. Three fundamental pieces of a great exercise program all rolled into one!
