This program is geared for the fitness enthusiast that would like to burn away fat, flatter abs, build a firm, rounded butt and create a total body transformation in 13 weeks.
Her workouts are intense, average workouts are 45 minutes to an hour. The diet guidelines are a bit demanding. The diet is based on a macro-nutrition plan that is timed throughout the day for amazing results.
There are three phases to the workout each building upon the other to get you to that new total body transformation.
