Fix 21 Meal Program just got a new facelift and has a new label “Ultimate Portion Fix Program”. You still use the colored containers for portion control. Something that everyone loves because there is no need to use any food scales, measuring cups or extra messes.
This meal program was first introduced by Autumn Calabrese with her 21 Day Fix Workout Program in 2013 and continues to be a staple for several Beachbody Programs using the portion control system.
This meal plan has now been expanded on with increased tools and support to keep you motivated, on track with your weight goals. Don’t forget you also, have a coach for one on one or join a challenge group to add to your support team.
