I am a strong believer that everyone should exercise daily. Exercise does so much for you physically and mentally that you’re doing yourself a disservice if you are not moving your body. Not only does it improve your overall physical fitness, but it improves your mood and reduces stress and anxiety. Let’s face it; we’re all spending way more time at home than we did before this pandemic. Instead of buying loads of expensive workout equipment, check out these ways to work out with no equipment.
